Jeff Wilkie, SHRM-SCP, is a Principal in HoganTaylor’s HT Talent Practice. With more than 30 years of experience in organizational development, executive coaching, and human resources operational leadership, Jeff serves as a trusted advisor to executive teams and boards on leadership strategy, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and culture. He specializes in executive development, 360 multi-rater assessment deployments, stakeholder interview processes, and leadership coaching that helps organizations strengthen alignment, performance, and long-term talent readiness. Jeff also holds certifications in seven leadership and organizational development curriculums and assessment methodologies, along with a professional certification in employee workplace investigations.
Prior to his consulting leadership role, Jeff served as HoganTaylor’s Chief Human Resources Officer and previously led organizational development and HR functions for the City of Tulsa workforce of more than 4,000 employees. He has also held leadership roles with The Williams Companies and First Data Corporation and founded a consulting practice focused on transition management and executive development. Jeff has served as an adjunct professor for both the University of Tulsa and the University of Oklahoma and continues to facilitate leadership programs for executives, healthcare leaders, public sector organizations, and professional service firms.
