Paige Rice serves as a Coordinator on the HoganTaylor Talent team. In this role, she partners with the team to maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting, ensuring the integrity of talent profiles and contact information. She also supports client updates through agenda development, project reporting, and meeting coordination, while providing calendar management support for HoganTaylor Talent Principals.
Paige brings a strong background in recruitment and human resources within the nonprofit sector. She began her career at BridgePoint Associates as a Recruiting Assistant and was later promoted to Associate Recruiter, where she focused on candidate outreach and project coordination for nonprofit organizations. She then joined Red Rock Behavioral Health Services as an HR Corporate Recruiter, supporting internal hiring efforts for an organization providing critical mental health and addiction treatment services to adults and children.
Paige earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management from Oklahoma State University.
