Sarah Otto serves as a Manager on HoganTaylor’s Risk Assurance team. She began her career in public accounting, gaining experience at a Top 10 firm before transitioning to an industry role.
Sarah specializes in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, internal and IT audits, and technology advisory services, helping clients meet regulatory requirements and strengthen operational controls. She has served clients across a range of industries, including oil and gas, financial services, and technology.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Information Systems and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tulsa. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA, and ISACA.
