Angela Bellville is a Senior Manager with HoganTaylor Talent, where she leads an experienced HR consulting team that delivers talent solutions for clients involving HR operational excellence and addressing complex organizational challenges. Angela guides leaders to make informed people decisions in critical areas around talent, culture, compliance, and change.
With more than 15 years of experience in HR and organizational development, Angela brings expertise in employee relations, leadership development, performance and change management, compliance, and business transformation.
Her industry experience spans manufacturing, agriculture, telecommunications, aviation, and nonprofit organizations, giving her a broad perspective on supporting and developing talent in a variety of business environments.
Prior to joining HoganTaylor, Angela served as a regional HR leader at one of the largest telecommunications companies in the United States. She was responsible for a team of HR Business Partners and provided leadership support to key business units across six states. She also developed and led enterprise wellness and inclusion strategies designed to enhance the employee experience.
Angela earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University concentrating in Human Resource Management and International Business with a minor in Spanish, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lindenwood University.
