My day typically starts with checking emails and reviewing my to-do list for the day and week ahead. Once any pressing items are addressed, I’ll start working through my list for the day.
My favorite thing about working at HT is the people-focused culture. I enjoy catching up with team members and getting a group together for lunch in the kitchen! Open communication is a major factor in creating this culture and taking the time to get to know each other is what I think builds the connections that allow us to clearly communicate, be vulnerable, and hold each other accountable.

As a manager, I’m often the first point of contact for our clients, and I work to ensure each one feels like they’re my only client. What I love most about my work is the chance to help people.
