Rosie Philpott is a Risk Assurance Senior Manager who began her accounting career with HoganTaylor in 2017 and specializes in System and Organization Controls (SOC) reporting and HITRUST certifications. She works primarily with small to mid-sized SaaS and technology-enabled companies, helping them design, evaluate, and communicate effective controls over security, availability, and confidentiality to meet customer and regulatory expectations.
As part of the firm’s Risk Assurance practice, Rosie focuses on SOC 1, 2, and 3 engagements, guiding clients through readiness, implementation, and ongoing reporting. She also supports organizations pursuing HITRUST certification, taking a practical, risk-based approach to aligning security frameworks with business operations.
Rosie is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and HITRUST CCSFP and is a member of the ISACA Tulsa Chapter. She has a growing interest in emerging areas such as ESG-related compliance and reporting.
