Cathy has more than 14 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on supporting employee growth, engagement, and career development. As a Talent Advisor, she partners one-on-one with team members to help them define professional goals, navigate career progression, and access the resources they need to succeed within the firm. She serves as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance across a range of HR-related topics and fostering a positive, people-centered experience.
Prior to joining HoganTaylor, Cathy began her HR career at Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores in Oklahoma City, where she served as an Employee Relations Specialist before transitioning into a Field Benefits role. She later joined Sherwin-Williams as an HR Generalist, where she contributed to recruitment, employee engagement, training initiatives, and employee relations, including supporting a unionized workforce.
Cathy earned her Master of Science in Human Resources Management from East Central University and is a certified HR professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
