In this capacity she delivers outsourced talent development services, including organizational assessments, performance management strategy, and strategic planning. With a strong background in education, non-profit leadership, training, and HR project management, Maria helps organizations align and execute on people and business strategy.
Before joining HoganTaylor, Maria served as a Senior Employee Experience Consultant at one of the largest telecommunications companies in the United States, working with diverse clients across the country to enable high leader effectiveness and employee engagement. She also has acted as a sole practitioner to lead and deliver on full-cycle HR initiatives. Maria specialized in onboarding, employee experience, and designing people-focused solutions that enhance culture and retention.
Before transitioning into human resources, Maria built a career as an educator and school site administrator, bringing a unique perspective and a strong learning mindset to her HR practice.
