Randi began her career in public accounting in August 2009, and she has been with HoganTaylor since January 2011. Randi specializes in audits of employee benefit plans and is a leader of the firm’s employee benefit plans assurance practice, where she is actively involved in the training and development of personnel. She speaks at national and local conferences on a variety of topics related to employee benefit plans, including at the national AICPA and CIMA Employee Benefit Plans Conference held annually.
Additionally, Randi provides assurance services to private clients in a variety of industries, including franchising, dental support organization (DSO), aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), and professional services.
