Todd Wisdom, CPA

Todd Wisdom has been with HoganTaylor since 2001 and currently serves as Specialty Services and Growth Leader. He has more than 30 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to some of the most notable companies based in Oklahoma and NW Arkansas, including both publicly and privately-held entities, some having multinational operations, across a broad range of sectors, such as construction, manufacturing/distribution, transportation, regional retail grocery distribution, large scale architectural and engineering, real estate, non-profit and other professional services.

Todd’s work has not only included traditional audit and assurance services, but  also services as part of multi-million-dollar initial public offerings, secondary public offerings, private placements, and reverse mergers.

As Specialty Services Leader, Todd provides leadership for HoganTaylor Wealth, the Firm’s wealth management subsidiary that specializes in a holistic approach to wealth management for individuals, families, and business owners; HoganTaylor Talent, the Firm’s human resource management, development, outsourcing, and retained search service offering; and the Firms Forensic, Valuation & Litigation Support (FVLS) practice. His years of experience in the assurance and consulting industry have equipped him with a unique perspective on providing strategic and integrated solutions to Firm clients across the Firm’s multiple service areas.

Todd has played an integral role in establishing HoganTaylor as a leading firm in Arkansas. As Growth leader, he has played a key role in HoganTaylor’s transformation into an advisory firm by championing innovation in client experience, creating of the Firm’s growth cohort, and establishment of Client Success. Todd works cloesly with the Firm’s industry groups, assissting them
with individualized business development strategies. In addition, he works closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to expand the impact on growth through revitalizing the Firm’s marketing function.

Prior to becoming an assurance partner at HoganTaylor, Todd worked as an audit manager for Arthur Andersen on numerous publicly traded and large family owned businesses.

Representative Experience

• Managed large audit teams responsible for auditing public and privately held clients with multiple companies in vastly different business segments ranging from construction to high-end real estate, and athletic facilities.
• Advised businesses and organizations going through a first-time audit engagement, consulting with management on best-practices.
• Conducted historical audits on companies which were targeted for acquisition both within and outside of the U.S., including reviewing and analyzing internal control documentation processes, mineral management payment history and Native American royalty payments.
