Payroll and Benefits Consultant
Allison Maurer is a Payroll and Benefits Consultant with HoganTaylor’s Human Capital Strategies Advisory practice where she provides specialized service in these functions. Her strengths amplify her ability to efficiently and effectively execute detail-oriented tasks and processes.
Prior to joining HoganTaylor, Allison began her HR career at Hobby Lobby’s corporate office as a Human Resources Representative and was later promoted to Human Resources Specialist. As a HR Specialist, Allison served approximately 45,000 employees nationwide by facilitating resolutions for employee concerns, managing processes under the Americans with Disabilities Act, responding to unemployment claims, and advising management on company policy and applicable employment law.
Allison obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management and certificates in human resources management, banking and finance, and global business from East Central University where she earned the title of Distinguished Business Administration Graduate.
