Lauren Andrews is a Consultant with HoganTaylor’s Human Capital Strategies Advisory practice, providing outsourced HR services to clients. In addition to a background in independent copyediting, Lauren was the sole HR representative for Fetch Rewards prior to joining HoganTaylor, a position in which she served as they quickly grew from 40 to over 800 employees.
